Ninja Creami Base Ice Cream

I feel like ever since I bought a ninja creami it has become one of my biggest personality traits. I am not mad about it. I have a growing list of combinations I want to try out this summer but at the base of it all we have to give credit where credit is deserved. So here you have, a classic vanilla ice cream moment.

Before we even get to the good stuff I would like to include a list of my favourite toppings and mix-ins.

The Good Stuff:

  • chocolate chips (duh)

  • dates

  • Pecans & walnuts

  • Peanut butter & almond butter

  • Berries

  • Shredded Coconut

  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup on top

Vanilla OR Chocolate Ninja Creami Ice Cream Recipe

Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 2- 4 tbsp canned coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 2/3 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Simply Desserts zero sugar vanilla pudding mix

  • pinch of salt

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

MAKE IT CHOCOLATE

  • Substitute the vanilla pudding mix for chocolate flavour

  • Add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients above to your ninja pint.

  2. Let sit in freezer for 24 + hours.

  3. Take out of freezer and spin on ice cream setting.

  4. Add 3 tbsp of milk and re-spin.

  5. If necessary repeat this step and spin again.

  6. Add any add-ins of choice and enjoy!

  7. NOTE: You can easily do double this recipe in 1 pint for 2 servings!
