Hey! I’m Jules — a health sciences grad, gut health enthusiast, CrossFit lover, and the face behind athl-eats.

I started sharing food pics and healthy recipe ideas on Instagram (@athl_eats_) back in high school, mostly for fun. Over time, it turned grew into a space to connect with others who care about feeling good, moving well, and eating food that actually tastes great and supports your health.

Most of the recipes you’ll find here are inspired by my own lifestyle. Lots of gut-friendly meals, high-protein snacks, and simple dishes that fuel both workouts and busy days. Because food should be FUN and FUEL.
